Default 2018 Sound System Issue

I have a 2018 2-row that I purchased new 2 years ago.

This is my 4th LX since 1999. The previous 3 had the optional Nakamichi or ML sound system. As you probably know the ML was not available on the 2018 2-row.

Since I took the car home the front speakers have buzzed on what I consider a very normal volume level (15 or higher).

My dealer, who I’ve bought all 4 LX’s from cannot find a problem. I cannot find any TSBs describing the problem.

Has anyone else experienced this or have any suggestions?

As an aside, I think Lexus should be ashamed to put such an inferior sound system in a $90k car!

Thanks in advance.

Did the buzz happen randomly? Playing a particular song? Going over bumps? high speed? local roads? Was it via radio? XM? CD / USB? if you open the door where the buzzing sound came from, gently tap on the speaker grill area, do you hear anything awkward?

Total Loss Of Sound From Radio System. there is no sound from the speakers . No matter what mode it's in , radio fm no sound , Bluetooth audio no sound , phone no sound . Satellite radio no sound , you can see that it's playing but no sound .
My 2018 just started doing this today......

I am thinking the Levinson amplifier is the problem?
Where is the fuse is for the amplifier??

I slipped over here from the GS sub-forum. I have a 2017 GS350 with ML sound and it sucks too. I had it in 2 other Lexus, both RX350's; they sucked as well! But.... the GS has never squeaked, rattled, or broke down, and drives like a dream, so I have learned to live with the crappy stereo.

I have the exact problem on my 2016 Lexus LX570. The problem started about a month ago. I’m still trying to figure it out. Please help!

The ML system needs turning as I found. I found I tuned the bass at bit and it sounds great for me. If you are hoping for the best sounds system, it's probably not.

sorry to hear. I agree that Lexus should have put the ML in 2 row trims. I have no idea why they don't do it in the US market. in some other markets there are 2 row trims with ML and head up display.
