Default Big feet question

Hey people, I have a GX and with my size 14 feet the drivers footwell is tight, I find it annoying to bump my toes on the panels above and around the gas pedal. Sometimes my shoe gets caught on the edges around there. Drives me a little nuts.

does the LX have the same problem?

similar question for the back seat. My boy is closing in on 6’ and will exceed that in a few years. His feet are also cramped in the GX second row. Will the LX help him out?

Surprisingly there isn't a ton of room in the LX. I found this to also be the case when I had a 2005 Navigator. The second row might have a little more room than the GX but probably only if he's sitting behind the passenger seat. I usually put my seat all the way back when I'm driving and there isn't a lot of room in the seat directly behind me even with the seat in the second row as far back as possible.

Edit. No experience in the back, only know driver footwell has less space in the LX than the GX, crazy as that sounds.

I finally test drove a 2013 LX yesterday with my boy, back to back from driving my GX460. I think you're right. I'm 6'4", my son is 5'11", and we both wear size 14s. A few sizing observations were clear right away:

LX driver footwell less deep (long), but a little more toe room than GX.
LX seat had to be all the way back and down, and it was just enough. In the GX I have another ~1" or so of rearward movement available.
LX ceiling slightly closer to my head than in GX. My ball cap rubs the ceiling in the LX, not in the GX.
LX driver seat overall felt like it was made for a smaller person, especially the upper seat-back. There's a rise in the upper middle of my back that was uncomfortable. Lumbar adjustment is lower and didn't affect it. The GX seat is much more comfortably shaped for my size.
LX feels wider but doesn't really feel longer.
LX second row has NO toe room under the front seats. My son felt quite cramped and said "nope this isn't better". SO.... the LX is off the list and I have a new appreciation for the GX. I will drive a LC but to see if it's the same. I could use the rear space but not at the cost of comfort.
