Does anyone have the part number for the 2 plastic caps that go on top of the ***** for the suspension control? 2016 Lexus LX570 I have looked everywhere on the Lexus website trying to find this cosmetic part.
Your pictures look like standard "snap caps". I'd measure one and see if I could find black replacements at a good hardware store or online.
Has anyone found replacement part # for these caps? I just bought a 2021 LX570 with 17k miles and these caps are scratched and my Lexus dealer was willing to replace them from another LX on the lot and all 7 of them had them scratched even worse than mine! I found these on E-Bay, but I'm not crazy with the faux-carbon fiber look...not a good match IMHO...I'd be willing to buy them if they were aluminum-lookalike or even matching wood...
I was told the same thing by a sales person when I bought my 2017 Certified LX. The center console is easy to remove, but that doesn't help the fact I'd like to also replace the *****.
I don't get how people scratch these up, I haven't touched them with anything but my hands and have not added additional damage to these since I bought it.
Thanks for the help but I am only interested in OEM. It is crazy Lexus does not sell these parts individually especially with some many others have the same issue.
I had this issue also on a new to me CPO 2019. I took some 1000 grit sandpaper and lightly went over the ***** in a circular motion them used some plastic polish to buff. 90% better.

Completely agree. The only way to get these caps new is to buy the entire controls part with all the ***** on it and Lexus quoted $1500 installed on it...nuts!
A few years ago there was someone on Ebay selling replacement ***** made out of billet aluminum. They looked great, but they were expensive. I believe they even had some that were coated to match the black/gray color of the factory *****. Mine are scratched up badly, so I am looking for an option know too.
