Fog light doesn’t work

Check the fuse for the fog lights first. Diagram is on the box or in the manual. As an aside, you need to disconnect the battery when changing any bulb that's actively powered, such as the door lights.

You replaced the bulb or the whole light?
Aftermarket bulb will likely have a "blast" that will modify voltage and polarity for halogen systems so the LED can work. If you just swapped the parts for newer LED foglight assembly, it might not be compatible with the 2013 electrical system. What brand/bulb, etc. more details are necessary to help you out.
