Just brought my 2015 CPO LX570 in and the divider in the cupholder was the culprit. Buzzed randomly and I could never pin down the noise. Went crazy one day on cruise control and put my hand on everything within reach that could buzz and voila, it was the divider. Replaced under warranty at the dealer.

Mine (MY15) has a dash squeak along the center vents down to the shifter (where the wood panels are). When I press the vents and the panels gently 'in' I hear the same squeaks. Took to dealer to get that sorted out...got better..but came back after 2 weeks. Not sure if I can request replacement of those panels since insulation didn't solve the issue.

My dash is quiet, but I've (2011, 67k miles) got a rattle coming from the 60% part of the rear seat. It's somewhere in the bottom and I'm trying to decide whether I should take off the bottom cover and try to find it or just live with it and avoid making things worse. The interior in general doesn't feel quite as bulletproof as my LS 460's did.

The annoying dash noises in mine turned out to be from foreign objects. One was a tape measure I put in the little storage compartment to the left of the steering wheel, and the other was a pair of sunglasses in the glasses holding compartment above the rear view mirror. Plastic bottles in the front center cupholders can also make annoying sounds.
