Same here.

I drive mostly city on Seattle's Eastside with hills, and have also been getting 11 mpg in the city. Doesn't matter how much I baby it or trounce on the pedal, 11mpg is all that I'm getting. When I bought this truck, to be honest, I never took into consideration the mpg. Now that I've been getting 11mpg and have to fuel up weekly, I'm thinking of getting a hybrid as a commuter car.

I notice you have an Energi. Is that your daily driver?

The egg is my wife's daily, and I use it for around-town errands. Electric driving is great in the city.

I'm fortunate to live close enough to work that I commute by foot, bike, or short bus ride. If I had to commute, it sure wouldn't be with an LX! I bought the LX primarily for road trips, but try to drive it some distance weekly to keep it healthy.
