Default Back Seats

We just got back from our first "road-trip" in the GX and we loved all of it except one thing. As we took turns driving I had a chance to sit in the second row seat, I am not impressed. The seat has no form and the headrests re not even comfortable. Has anyone else noticed this? I have to admit this was an area that we did not even look at when test driving different vehicles. It only bothers me because our old SIenna had more comfortable seats than the GX.

I actually like the rear seats because they recline more than I have ever seen in a rear seat before. One catch though, you need to make sure the third row seats are not folded and hung upright otherwise this will limit how fat they can go back.

But otherwise if you recline back it can be very nice. I do realize what you are saying about form. As far as the headrests, I rarely use them because I am short.

I agee that the 2nd row seats are not very comfortable, particularly the center one. However, my kids have not complained at all about them and they have had a couple of 12+ hour stints in them!

I don't like the back of the cushion of the back seats (the velcro portion). It's really hard.

Default Back Seat Clunking

Finally rode in the back seat with my son last night - whenever my wife would turn a corner, the bottom of the back seat would clunk with the weight shift. It sounds almost as if the metal latches (that release to give access to 3d row) aren't fully latched. I released the back seat and closed it with more force, but the clunking is still there.

Before I start trying to schedule a service appointment over it, thought I'd ask if anyone else experienced this problem.

Thanks.

I think the clunking sound comes from the right seat of the second row, doesn't it? Sometimes I do hear something from the second row seat.

Default Clunking

Mine is actually from the left (driver's) side 2d row. Took it in Friday afternoon and after 2 hours the service guys asked me to bring it back Tuesday morning so they could have more time to work on it.

They've agreed that it seems to be one of the latches/strike plates that are either failing to catch or not catching tightly enough.
