Default Clunking noise from front end

Not sure if I'm doing it wrong. When vehicle (MY15) suspension is dropped to low, turned steering about 80% right / left, then gently move forward / backward, there is a clunking noise possibly from the front that sounded like axle noise...just 1 cluck noise though. But when raised to 'Normal' or 'High' that noise no longer present. Am I doing something wrong (meaning am I not supposed to set the suspension to 'low' while turning?)

Also suspension set at 'Normal' height, from a stand still then shift to 'D' or 'R', sounded like differential / axle / drive shaft getting engaged (just one click). Is that also normal?

I'll probably have to get my car in to dealer to have that checked out.

But w/ regards to the noise that sounds like axles / gear engaging (when shifting into 'D' / 'R' w/ foot on brake), that's normal?

I'd start with the simplest / cheapest solution first...

When was the last time the driveshafts were greased...that means all 4 u-joints and both slip joints??

No grinding when shifting on mine.

My truck only has 25k miles. All services done at Lexus dealership. I would assume at least drive shaft should have been lubed each time (every 5k?) But not sure. Will the driveshaft supposed to be lubed during each service anyways?

yeah it’s in the service manual every oil filter change lube and retork driveshaft they never do it until you start hearing noises and complain and then it’s hard to get them to do it even though they’re supposed to do it so you’re gonna have to go in and tell him that there is a zert for every driveshaft And coupling i believe there’s like six of them. If they tell you they never service them and that they don’t need to be on a 200 then asked to talk to the service manager because your service advisor is a dumbass

The 5K / 6 month interval is correct.
