Anyone ever have this problem?

The touch screen button to turn off the AC is not responding. I have tried auto on/off, car off/on, and toggled the vehicle settings for the auto AC. When I press the screen buttons, it makes a beep but AC cannot be disengaged. Any ideas?

I used it for the first time yesterday.

 

Awesome! I turn off everything before I turn the engine off, and this had me stumped the first time, too.
