Don't understand the question? Where are they going to go after you fold them down?
When I fold down the back seat, then pivot forward to the front seat, the seats do not "Lock" into place...resting against the back of the front row.
If there is no cargo pushing against the folded seat...when i accelerate they tend to fold back down...
It there a way to "lock" the folded rear seats into position?
There is no lock down that I know of. I have had the same problem after unloading something and not returning the seats to their upright position. I learned to do it right after unloading.

Never folded down my LX570 yet. This is not a problem on my LX470. Thanks for the heads up.
Can the second row seats be locked in place when folded down?
2015 LX 570
There's a strap and hook on the underside of the 2nd row seats. Pull them out and lengthen the strap so the hook fits over the handle above the door. Then tighten the strap. This keeps the 2nd row seats secure in their position against the back of the front seats.

Functional but certainly not an elegant design for a near-luxury vehicle like the LX. I use these straps a lot and have decided to just leave them loose. Unfortunately the clip that hooks onto the grab handles to hold the seat is too large to leave under the middle seats when they are returned to normal passenger position, as they keep the seat from locking down. You have to position these clips behind the seats. I leave them loose because it's time consuming and awkward to re-wrap the straps correctly so the clips just fit into the storage areas in the bottoms of the seat.
Thanks for the feedback....
Guess my 570 just doesn't want to suffer the indignity of being too much the utility vehicle....
He Prefers LUXURY transport mode... Thanks!
