Side Mirror doesn't fold

Hello all,

I have the LX570 2010. the left mirror doesn't fold any more. I took it to dealership and the queted me with $1500 to fix. isn't that expensive for such a small motor rotating the mirror? can I order the part from somewhere else?
I live in Dubai UAE

It is likley the cost for the whole mirror assembly. Not sure if you can just get the motor.
