I dont like it either. Doesnt look manly at all. Looks like a crossover grocery getter. I personally would rather have an 06 or 07 LX470 in silver. Looks tough, is tough.

Well I just saw a new Highlander in person and it looks better in real life vs. the pics.

That car still is!

I have no idea what Lexus was thinking when the rolled out the GS. That rear end is terrible looking (that also includes the rear quarter panels as well)! They initially put some lame engine choices with it, then revised the GS300 to the GS330 which really made new GS300 owners angry, then irritated GS330 owners by releasing a strong V6 with the GS350! It's almost like the new GS is a complete afterthought. They got the new IS, ES, and LS right, so it's a crapshoot to see if they will get the LX and GX right.

BTW, the new chrome door handles on the GX are a nice touch, presumably borrowed from the 2007 LX 470 Limited. The new wood choice is nice, too.

I don't think the GS ever made it to GS330. But I don't remember

That's correct. The first generation GS 300 was a straight six then when the third generation came out it switch to a V6 but was still a GS 300 then recently it became the GS 350 which is still a V6. I've always liked the GS...

Geez...Jayson made a typo...i am sure that he meant GS430. Although i agree with most of what he said about GS...i hate the new chrome door handles on the GX.

Nope, you're right. 300 to 350. My point is still the same though.
