My step-son read about some issues regarding 3rd party transmitting devices, like the Easy-Pass/Fast-Lane toll devices, interfering with the electronics in the LX570. I was wondering if there were any other issues that they have found and if they should be fixed before they go into distribution.

 

i doubt it. what exactly would it interfere with? any tech on that car has been present in others already. also, transmitting decices are so common that im sure lexus looked into it

Perhaps it might be the other way around?

Lexus may have finally equipped the LX with infrared reflective glass on front wind shield (like Mercedes S-class, GL-class, etc.) and if your pass is not affixed on a small specific part of the windshield that is clear glass, your pass may not be recognized properly by the toll devices.
