Default Performance Tuner Experience

I own a 2018 LX 570 that we purchased in February with 90k miles. Now, 14k miles later and a cross country trip in the rear view mirror I'm interested in adding a performance tuner. When I owned a 2009 GMC Sierra with the 6.9L supercharged diesel I had great success with a tuner, and I'm wondering if that could happen with the Lexus, but wanted to hear from others who had added one to their LC or LX. On our cross country trip we pulled a Casita travel trailer and our mileage was around 12mpg with the worst at 9mpg and the best at 15mpg. Power was just okay, not the rocket ship I expected with a 5.7 liter, 32 valve, V8. Non-towing mileage on the road isn't bad, ranging to 20+, but as soon as you mix some around town it drops quickly. As you know the LX 570 comes with a factory tuner that has 3 positions, ECO, Normal, Sport. I'm just wondering if there's anything beyond that in the aftermarket and what actual experience owners have had.
Thanks,

I have a tune on mine. It helps but isn't going to take it to super charger level.
I used Big Turtle Tuning in Northern Idaho.
They are part of the Overland Taylor Tuning Network. https://overlandtailor.com/
They have several levels of tuning and you can test them out to figure out which works better for you

I used my Unichip to tune the Supercharger and it's sitting in a box now. You can find 100's of tunes to download and it's super easy to add. Clip in 3 wires and it sits atop the fuses under the top. Otherwise, find someone off marketplace that has great reviews. My guys in Jaxsonville FL area are awesome. Let me know if you're interested in going the piggyback option and I can sell you the Unichip.
