Fuse Box Issue

Just purchased this Vehicle, after the battery changed the screen went dead. Looking at fuses under the drivers area this is what I see. Most likely I will need a new head unit, but this fuse box does not look right. Not sure what else my not be working. Any advise is appriciated.

Another forum is stating it could be water damage. Carmax is taking it to Lexus and I will also ask for the to check the sunroof drains

I don't see water damage but I see a bad mechanic damage.
