OK so my heat is not worker neither is my cigarette lighter. I read they run off the same fuse. I know the fuse box is under the hood but not sure what fuse it is. But in the same article read its in the floor panel but if course not there. Nevertheless can some help with where this fuse may be located.

 

The main fuse box is under the big black cover next to the battery. The secondary fuse box (not sure that's really the right term, since it has more fuses) is in the kick panel area by the driver's left leg, tucked up behind the carpet.
