Does anyone know if there is a product to keep this area clean? I find people and kids don't really know how to get in the car, and then that beige carpet looks bad really quick and you can never make it look 100% clean again even with a carpet washer.

Thanks, when I had some workers at my house they lay down this self-adhesive shrink wrap on the carpet stairs so they can go up and down with shoes. I think it's sold at home depot.
It just peel off when done.
Weather tech mats cover this area, I used them in my 2017 (Beige carpet)as well as my 2022.
You can also Scotch Guard on the carpet to help keep off dirt.

I no longer have LX 570 but they were black. I do have weather tech mats in my LX 600 but they are black on a black carpet. One of my requirements when I ordered my LX 600 was to have the black carpets that don’t show as much dirt and while I had the Lexus OEM rubber mats as soon as Weather tech offered their mats for the LX 600 I changed them out.
Weather Tech mats are superior to OEM and they do cover that area completely all the way to the plastic step area. I have them in my 2021 LX and they're great.
Snapped a quick pic of the mat...sry for the dirt. If u were to get the middle row, do get the whole set especially the fronts...they provide excellent coverage

Reason: add more
I got this husky for second row, I attached the installed pic so we can compare to weathertech.
It has a disadvantage the seat, I have my seat low and pushed back when exiting the vehicle.
The seat on the LX will shove onto the mat's lip, but only the outboard side.
I used weathertech usually, but their edges curl up at some point like z32's picture.
I transplanted our Husky mats to our 3rd LX. They are 7+ years old & still look new, no folded edges, etc. The 8 year old ones in the Tundra look the same. I'm happy w/ the product vs weather tech's.
