Carpet Cleaning
I've detailed my car today and ran into a problem I knew I'd have since day 1 with my car: how to successfully clean the carpet around the left foot pad in the driver's side footwell.
Even with the all weather mats, they don't cover this spot and keep the carpet from getting dingy during the midwest winter months. I've used carpet cleaner on it to no full success; it still looks dingy. Any thoughts on products that might help me clean this area?

Home depot sells a product called Folix, its in the industrial cleaning section a white bottle.
Vacuum the carpet really good, force the vacuum into the carpet.
Spray the folix and let it sit for 20 min, then spray again and grab a stiff brush and scrub the carpet really good. Then grab a terry towels and wipe. Keep doing this and your carpet will look new.
Once you are finished, turn the cars heater on with the vent aimed at the carpet and close the doors for 20-30 min
