SD card error: "Checking Data"

Hello All!

I own a 2016 LX and since last week I have been getting the attached message which says "Checking Data". Is anyone having the same issue...? I would appreciate your input. Thank you!

could be the SD card failed? have u tried unplug and re-insert it back and see how it goes?

Yes. I have tried unplugging and plugging back and it still comes up every now and then...

looks like someone has to come up with the $500 for a dealer software update!

I woud get some "Electronic Contact Cleaner" and spray it on the SD card terminals, and the socket terminals. maybe that will fix it.

Solution

Kindly reach to navigationdisk. They provide sd card to fix all lexus. The error is referring its asking for map data. You check them via googling or www.Navigationdiskjp.com
