I tried to start my LX the other day and it would not start. I used a jump box and it turned over immediately. The next morning it started with no issue, but then that afternoon, same problem. I tried to use the jump box again, and it would not Start. So I had it towed to a mechanic and he cannot find any issues with it and it started every time. I know the battery is five years old, but it sounded more like it was flooded than a dead battery. Any ideas?

 

Get the battery load tested. It's probably toast.
