Hi all. I have a LX470 2002 I just recently removed Center control panel and Center console to remove an aftermarket hands free kit and wiring for a light bar which was previously removed. I disconnected all wiring looms necessary to get access. I removed all aftermarket wiring to the hands free kit and light bar. I have reconnected everything and now find my headlights, tail lights, turn signal, wipers and tilt control are not working. I have VGRS, VSC OFF AND VSC TRC warning lights showing on dash. I do have break lights, reverse lights and hazard lights.
The battery went flat during reassembling and I had to jump start. Not sure if this had anything to do with the problem I now have.
I have checked all fuses and it does not seem to have any issues there. I don’t think I disconnect any plugs for these accessories now not working or if by removing aftermarket wiring from where it was tapped into has some how now disabled / shorted these things. Any help rectifying this issue would be greatly appreciated
