Default Need Help! Wiring Problem

Okay those who've taken out their center consoles..I need your input.

Okay for a while now I bought one of those ionic breeze attachments to the cig lighter. MAN do I regret it.
Those thigns have this SUPER grippy attachment and tug TOO hard on the lighter.
So when I tried to remove it a month ago..it tugged out the lighter with it!!!!

I tried to place it back again but it doesn't work. I tried to put in my car charger w/my cell and it doesn't work.
Also when I try to tinker with it...the TRAC control light comes on and things are going haywire.

Yesterday I just wiggled it some more and how my climate control buttons don't work.

What should I do?

I have this feeling it's a simple readjustment of the connectors..so I think I should just take the time to open it up and go in there..but just wondering if you guys have more experiences with this.

ANYONE have input?
People know the layout of the wiring in there?

My tug and wiggle of the cig lighter resulted in the flashing of the entire dashboard..the diming of my clock backlight and now the non function of my climate control buttons. The stereo works fine for some reason.

HELP!

Howdy

There is a series of plugs under the radio. they are all lined up and set on a plastic base across the tranny mount. pulling on one can dislodge all of them. so pulling on the ciggy plug is very likely the suspect of it all.

Remove the center console http://www.jkwebdesign.co.uk/lexuscl...treconsole.htm

and re-mate the plugs down there, but do not pull them apart, one is the airbag. simply push them together well and TRY THE SETUP before you put it all back together

Default Well....

The best possible thing happened. I took it to the guys I get all my stuff from and they fixed it in 5 minutes.
They repaired the cig lighter and just replaced the fuse and the car was done =)
10 minutes and charged me 5 bucks

Got out LUCKY
