Default Timing Belt

My 2004 LX470 has 93,550 miles. I replaced the timing belt, water pump, pullies and thermostat at 74,750 miles. But that was 8 years and 4 months ago.

Based age alone, the Lexus dealership recommends that I replace the timing belt even though it has less than 20,000 miles of usage.

I'd appreciate any opinions on whether I should replace the timing belt? It would be great if you can share your experience, if any, in making this expensive decision.

Thank you.
