Mind does. I keep a microfiber towel on the top shelf of the area to create a slight amount of tension that gets rid of most of it. cars are dust magnets and I keep on to wipe things down when I notice it.
Its not my first choice but its no big deal. I don't keep stuff in it except my Ottocast box, and cable, some gum, and tire gauge.
