One day out the blue, the wide view on my backup camera stopped working. I have a 2021 LS500.

It now only shows the narrow view and will not change back, despite selecting the wide view option. The tech at the dealership said I don't have a wide view option because it is not a panoramic camera. Not true because it's been on wide view for months and I noticed the huge difference. The place to select it is the bottom left. But again, despite selecting wide view, it does not change. Has anyone ever had this issue?
