Does anyone know how to place a rearview mirror with back up camera/monitor in there LS? I have a 2007 lexus ls with parking assist. I'd like to place one of these in my car (see below for pic).

1) I needed to know if the oem backup camera is activated by the reverse light or other trigger.

2)Also want to know where the wires are or how it is laid out in the car.

Everything you need is behind the center console. If you look at the DVD Nav bypass DIY's you'll see lots of info about the various connectors back there. Exactly which of them is the backup camera though, willl require some investigatve work.

Yeah, I think I'd like to avoid the trial and error approach and was hoping to obtain a diagram or more detail/specific information on how the backup camera is wired
