Default LS 500 Height Control

Good afternoon all. A new owner here with a question about the height control.

When I use the menu via the steering wheel to turn off access control and height control - the access control stays off, but height control switches back on by itself once I start driving. The dealership advised to just keep switching it off, but I hope there's a way to turn it off permanently. Could anyone comment on their settings?
Regards,
-v

Page 293 of the owner's manual

Even if the vehicle height control functions are disabled, they will be enabled
automatically when the vehicle speed
reaches approximately 19 mph (30
km/h)
I think disabling vehicle height control is something meant to be used if the car is being jacked up when changing tires or something.

Thank you! So looks like I'm going to have to read the owner's manual this time.. Kinda makes sense why the dealership offered technology classes!
