Someone Hit Me While Parked
Sorry this happened to you. I have had a pickup truck backup into my Aston a few years ago. Only had a small dent but they had to replace the hood and repaint the entire front end. After that got front and rear camera's installed.
If you call high end detailers they will recommend a paint shop that can redo your bumper for a very good price. I have used them in the past to get my front bumper rash fixed for my M6. It was no more than $500 to get the full bumper repainted.

$650 was a pretty good price. My last car 2018 ES 350 got hit with one of those orange construction cones, (it just jumped out at me), and got it caught between front bumper and the tire. Went straight to the body shop. $1200, took them a week, to get a small clip in that they said was damaged.. Actually tried to charge me $250 more, but I had the estimate in my hand, Could see the other office clerk sitting at their desk almost burst out laughing,,, Figured would have to watch those pesky cones in the future... Paid cash rather than INS, Could never tell it was painted, Just think they buffed it out, and reclipped the snap-on plastic... But what can you do? Another thing to watch for on bumpers, Those sonar sensors are really touchy, On the LS 430 I had, got a rear bumper bump, smashed the sensor, Didn't think much about it, but was $500, and some-how(?) it affected the electronics on the whole car. It would stall out at times, and breaking was even affected once in a while. So Just the slightest bump can really become costly. Sometimes, I wish I had my old 52 Tu Tone Chevy Belair.. (first car, Paid $250 for it, but was making $.75 an hour at the time)
