Default Cruise Control Speed

Does anyone notice that more times than not, the actual vehicle speed is usually 1 MPH less than the cruise "set speed"? I'm talking on flat, open road highway. It's really bizarre.

Common across ES, GS, RX, etc. It's normal and seems like a Lexus adaptive cruise control quirk at this point.
