I'm planning to buy a used 2015 LS from a friend and wanted to purchase the extended warranty. A few years ago, I recall a mid-continental Lexus dealer was selling extended warranties to forum members at a significant discount, and was wondering if 1) anyone knows of dealers that are discounting them currently, and 2) what prices others have paid for Lexus extended warranties.

 

What's more surprising to me is that air suspension is not called out in the extended warranty!!!

Called out = As in exempted from said warranty? Meaning it's included? I would hope so!

 

 

This is my first post and I wanted everyone to know I just purchased a new 2022 Lexus and decided not to purchase the Lexus (Toyota) Platinum Extended warranty from my dealer until I checked with other Lexus (Toyota) dealers to see if I could get the exact same warranty from one of them for less than my dealer wanted. Per a suggestion I found on this site (Thank you for posting), I reached out to Jerry Johnson (Warranty Manager) at Midwest Toyota (Hutchinson, Kansas, Phone 1-800-448-1505). He charged me $1,600 less than my dealer wanted to charge me for the exact same warranty. I puchased it from him over the phone and just received my Lexus Vehicle Service Agreement in the mail. I hope this information will help someone else in the future seaching this site on how to save a lot of money on the Lexus extended warranty.

My car is six years old with 60K miles and is about to lose it's L Certification warranty. Can I extend it a few more years while it's still covered?
