Default 4x as many MB S class sold vs LS (2017)

Debunks the myth that a higher price limits sales.
Still mystified why Lexus didn't choose to at least try to match, if not surpass the performance of the S class
To me, this would be important to the brand than a stunt like the LFA.

Could not agree more. I Love Lexus. Kinda upset the went the direction they did. I know their eggs mostly in their sport utilities, but I have hope they will come around with the LS500! Still a beautiful car to look at, from interior touch points especially.

I am surprised at those sales figures for the Audi A8, BMW 7 and the Jag. Much lower than I would have thought. But amazed at the Tesla S figures so far above all including the MB S.
