Anyone who bought a LS500 that can explain the difference between the standard Safety System and what additional you get from the Safety System +A.

Again to me it seems odd that the top of the line model for Lexus makes some safety features optional for $3K. They should just make it standard and maybe add about $2K or $2,5K to the base price.

In the Chicago area, you are forced to get Air suspension to get the A+. Since I tend to keep my cars past the extended warranty period, I'd like to avoid the air suspension because it seems like an expensive repair down the road
