Default LS500 2023 Replacing Grill Molding

Howdy, my name is Ed and I am trying to help a friend with her LS500. Specifically she has done damage to the drivers side grille molding. In my limited research, I am seeing that the full bumper must be removed to replace this plastic chrome piece.

Is this the case? or can you get to the screws and clips via the fender wheel well?

Thank,

Ed

I do believe you need to take off the bumper to get to the back of the grill, The GS was like that as well.

Thanks to be clear, it’s the small plastic chrome piece on the lower drivers side.
