I think you are actually correct on the combo of these options. I had the same thing in 2024 and started shopping in 2023 (2024 got the dash upgrade, which was nice, plus I think an upgraded safety tech package).

But if I recall it was basically impossible to find a car without a pano roof, and I think air suspension was de-facto standard, as were the 20" wheels. I seem to recall the 360 cam was also somehow in this.

It was kinda strange that Lexus would list them as options but in reality they were "mandatory". In 2023 I think it seemed you could actually find with and without air suspension. For 2024 every single car had it.

My understanding is that no LS500 AWD F-Sport has air suspension; they all have coil springs. This may be an easy way to filter non-air cars.

But they still comes with the pano roof that actually doesn't open in the back. It's a glass roof really with the front being able to open.

Does anyone know the non air suspension is compatible with the air suspension vehicle. I know the previous gen LS460 is not. However, when I go to parts.Lexus.com and enter an LS500 VIN with air suspension and click on the non air suspension parts, it says this part is compatible with your vehicle. I did not see this for the LS460. I know some models(GX?) that has air suspension but you can get the non air suspension and still able to mount it.
This will change my search dramatically as I really want the 360degrees camera which seem to only comes with Luxury package which comes with air suspension. I can get the Luxury package, drive it until the air suspensions give out, and change to non-air for cost. But really, if I can get 100k miles on the vehicle, it doesn't matter if it's air or not. But the air suspension, while provide great ride quality, comes with height issues and leaning issues, and leaking issues that can be quite a headache. This is why I'm trying to avoid it.

That’s good to hear. Yeah, if I come across a luxury package with low miles, I probably will just get it since it’s the only way to get the 360 cam.
I feel that is a must with this car at this level.

The only time I use my cam is when parking into a space with a low curb stop. Of course, the cam can be set to come on automatically when speed slows. Unfortunately, if you happen to use the voice activated feature prior to the camera coming on, your instructions are magically forgotten.

I searched for over a year for a car w/o air suspension (and the other options I wanted) and never found it. I didn't want an Fsport as I found the suspension firmer than my tastes. Thus, my experience was also that the vast majority of Non-Fsport models have air. I assume not many $100k buyers are worried about a cost that comes sometime after 100k miles...they just want the best (and it was only a $1500 option). Air was a separate option and not part of any package (at least in 18').

FYI: I found the Dallas market to have more cars than most (Lexus is extremely popular in this metro and the dealerships are large and sophisticated (in a high-end way)). I do agree the Luxury package is a must. Levinson. And I personally couldn't not live w/ the panoramic roof which as mentioned is just a fixed glass panel over the rear seats that comes at the cost of the primary sunroof not opening very far. But, I'm a guy that uses the sunroof a lot.

Did you get an LS 500 and were you able to confirm if the traditional shock / spring suspension components are a direct replacement for the air suspension components? I'm also in the Boston area and am looking at the 5th gen LS 500 models. Also, are you going with 2wd or AWD?
