I found the Ext.ContactDWS06Plus from Tire Rack based on customer reviews and the Tire Rack's tests.

Speaking of the RFT, in case of flat tire, the RFT can give driver to get a tire shop to fix the issue (driving 50 miles @50 mph).
However, what about the flatted tire after 50-mile driving? I think the tire would have additional damage by 50 miles.
So, probably, non-repairable!
If you have a spare tire, you can escape any dangerous place to a safe place to change it.
With RFT, there is no spare tire.

Can Anybody explain true benefits of the RFT?
The Continentals I put on are CONTROL CONTACT SPORT SRS. They have done very well. There may be a better model when next I replace, but I have used this brand and similar model in 3 LS’s I have had. 2007, 2013 and now my 2018 which I have put over 80k miles since buying. The first set on the 2018 went about 45k miles and I am almost done on second set. First thing I did when I bought the 2018 with run flats was to replace them at 14k miles on the clock when I purchased the vehicle.
