I don't enjoy having to leave the tray bolts, but the tray itself is solidly in place. I may try to get to them another time when it's not just a step to get to another problem. As for the fuel pump, the threads are still in good shape unless you're talking about the 21mm bolt, if so, is that what ruins the pump if that bolt moves? The line still looks good to me. I don't believe it's twisted from it's original position.

Maybe somebody could see if the line looks different than it should. It looks like it did before I touched the bolt to me.

I see, I guess the only thing left to do is see what happens once I start the vehicle. Of course, I dropped the bottom washer on the damper and it's not magnetic so there's no retrieving it from under the motor. Guess I can keep trying to get the bolts out of the battery tray while I wait on the new washers.

I'm just comparing it to mine, they probably aren't all identical.

Those banjo washers are the crush type and have to be replaced anyway....oops yours don't look like crush type, due to the pressures I suppose.

Hope not, cause I didn't replace them on the driver's side. But I did order an extra just in case I dropped another, so I'll probably just go back to it.
It looks like my line is different from yours but I don't believe it's to the point that it'll mess with the pump if it is twisted.

Ya, you also have the hold down bracket, even tho the front rod is under the tray I doubt it will go anywhere anytime soon.
