All 3 of my cigarette lights are not working, so i checked the forum and the solution is changing the fuse in fuse box 2 under the passenger side glove box. So I checked under the glove box and found the fuse box 2, but I can't pull the fuse out. The space between fuses is very tight. does LS460 comes with its fuse puller in other fuse box like some Toyota model or I have to buy a specific puller for Lexus?
Any fuse puller for the size fuses you have will work. It doesn't need to be Lexus. You can buy a kit of assorted amperage fuses with a puller included for a very little money. Just make sure you buy the right physical size. Or buy a kit with assorted fuse types(sizes) with multiple pullers.
some toyota car comes with fuse puller in one of the fuse box, so just wondering if my 2011 LS460 comes with it too. THe fuse puller I bought yesterday doesn't work so I need to find another one
Unless you bought the car new, no saying if fuse puller is still there. You can start checking all the fuse boxes. Sometimes a small flat screwdriver can pry the fuse up.
I found the fuse puller under the cover of fuse box near the engine. I used it to replace the 15A fuse under glove compartment and made the cigarette light working in front of the gear shift. the 2 cigarette light plugs inside and behind front row arm rest box are still not working, maybe i need to change more fuses in the trunk fuse box?
after removing the trunk covers on the driver side. trunk fuse location (wire was used to remote switch my L2ci loc). Youtube has good videos on all the fuse diagrams for our cars.
I replaced one cigarette fuse in the trunk driver side fuse box, that made the cigarette plug behind front row center arm rest box works, but the cigarette plug inside central arm rest box is still not working. where is the fuse box to control that plug?
