Default 2013 LS460 Part identification

Hello All

Im trying to identify this part in the picture, the vertical rod that connects to the lower arm bar. It’s on my front driver side but not there on the front passenger side. I was driving a couple weeks ago and noticed that the steering wasn’t as tight and also when I turn the wheel all the way to the left it kind of “drags” the passenger side tire a little bit. Is this the culprit? Thanks for all the help.

Vertical piece in the middle of the picture that connect to the lower arm bar, front driver side

You should have one per each wheel, if you got air suspension. I am not sure if cars with regular shocks have those. So, if you have air suspension and you are missing one those, you should get it fixed. However, I am not sure if a missing sensor link would have such an impact on steering.

It would if the body dropped low enough to drag a wheel when turning, the poster could look and see if the gap is gone on that tire.

The gap is the same on all four tires

Did you have a look at the tie rod end on the passenger side? does it look like the whole rod just fell off? (height sensor rod)Can you take a picture of your shock on the passenger side

I'm just wondering if this is a non air unit and the sensor is just for AFS if it's equipped with them.

No sensor, no wiring. Is it air suspension to regular shocks build?

Looks like a regular strut, your inner cv joint is at a weird angle

If it’s a regular strut I’m not really worried about it then, the photo of the car on uneven ground, my garage is the furthest thing from level
