Help please new TPMS sensors won’t program

I got the same error from Techstream as OP when I tried to enter the new sensor IDs. It was the same with Windows 10 and Windows 7. Connecting TC and CG of DLC3 for 30sec did not help either.
Bought a Carista dongle that comes with 1 month of free programing and was able to enter the TPMS codes with no issues.
