Default Erratic heating

Intermittent fault. Cold from the beginning, then it suddenly wakes up and give 23C. Half an hour later I’m freezing and the temp drops to the point my breath is visible. What can it be? A broken sensor or a door in the heat pack that doesn’t open and close properly?
The 460 is 2008 model.
I’m a poor guy, so I have to fix this myself. Can’t afford any workshop. Here in Sweden they are very expensive.
Very grateful for any tips and tricks!
All the best!
Thomas

Set it to max hot to start with, command it for face only on both sides and see where and how it blows.

Also run a scan to see if it has any actuator codes in the AC subsystem

You need to check the level of your engine coolant.

Now you need to purge air out of system. Torques nut at top of top radiator hose, remove plastic shield to see it.
