Default replace front lower control arm

Hi:

My 2011 LS460 AWD sometimes makes some "kooloo kooloo" noise when ride over bumps or gently steps on the brakes. My OEM brake pads and drum are in fairly good condition. My car was lifted in a garage and they said I need to change the front lower control arm and stabilizer link. Is finger pointed part in the picture 48670-59016 left lower control arm? That lower control arm will cost USD650.00 each in my Lexus dealership in Canada. If that is the right part no, is there a difference between the OEM part and after market part in terms of riding experience?

I know probably only the bushing in the control arm is worn out, but Toyota doesn't make separate bushing any more and you need to replace the whole control arm.

Thanks for your help

There is no aftermarket replacement for that arm. You can get an OEM arm on Ebay around $250 shipped. 2013+ version arms are cheaper (but officially not compatible), at least, to me.

Is 48670-59016 the correct part no for the finger pointed part in the picture?

It is - https://parts.lexus.com/p/Lexus_2011...867059016.html
Check "what this fits tab", the other side will have a different part number though.
