Hello I am new to club Lexus and I'm honored to be here. I am having trouble finding information as to why my AFS is flashing and my VCS and ABS light are on when I start the car till I shut it off. Also in some cases the lights wont come on and then they will all pop up while driving. Can someone please give me some insight as to why this is happening? and if I should reset the ECU?

The warning lights may be an indication that your car's starting battery is defective. It is usually free or inexpensive to have your battery tested by a battery dealer.
The sensor in the wheel bearings is used with the abs, vsc, and afs. I call it a wheel speed sensor. I think it can be referred to as an abs sensor too. You'll probably need a better scan tool than what is available at an auto parts store to determine which one it is. Techstream would tell you which one is the issue. From what I read on a few posts when the wheel speed sensor(s) fail they tend to be intermittent. That would explain the lights not always coming on.
I've had good luck with cheap aftermarket bearings. There are better bearings available for a bit more money if you don't want to take a chance of replacing them again.
So I took it to autozone and they had a code reader that checked abs trac etc. The code it was throwing is for the front left speed sensor and metal to sensor code. so i am gonna change out the wheel hub assembly with sensor and see if that resolves the issue. you were right miket000 thanks for the link for parts!
