Anyone having trouble signing on to this? When I try to sign on, it responds with "bad URL".

 

Yep seems they have a system outage.

 

Yes, they are having so many problems on Lexus Driver. I called and they said they are doing some "upgrades"

 

I had the same issue with bad URL but I was able to see and update service history from the Lexus app.

 

I haven't been able to log in for several days. I emailed them about the issue.

 

I’ve had problems loading service history. Touched base with Lexus and they have called twice to find out if their “update” has corrected the issues. It hasn’t.

However, after second call, the rep said he was letting IT know their update hasn’t worked. We will see how it goes.

I have been able to sign on though.

I used it last night and it worked fine? It was slow but it worked. It allowed me to edit a previous service added posting and delete a 2nd posting of the same service history.

No luck for me either and I'm trying to see the service records, if any, of this 16 F-Sport I wish to purchase.

 

I just got off the phone with Lexus and was told that they are discontinuing the Lexus Drivers portion of the website. Your not going to be able to log in and view your vehicles anymore. They are also getting rid of the Lexus Drivers app and replacing it with the Lexus app. You will be able to log into the new app with your old username and password but you will have to add your vehicles again.

The representative told me that some people can still log in online but others like me can't because their accounts have been closed online. That's why some ppl are getting the 403 invalid URL message.

While I don't mind viewing things on my phone I really don't like trying to take care of certain stuff because the screen is too small and even if I put it in desktop mode then I have zoom in and move the screen around to see everything. I have a note 8 so I do have a decent size screen but it's still not big enough. A tablet is probably a better choice.

It seems like everyone just wants to track you and collect info. I usually turn the location setting off for certain apps.

Ok I just downloaded the Lexus App onto my I phone 12. I was able to add both my 2010 LS 460L and my 2006 SC 430. It showed both of the cars. Now when I open the app my SC comes up as it was the last car I added. It shows all the service history for the SC however I can not figure out how to toggle in my garage over to the LS 460L. What am I doing wrong?

Yeah I was having the same problem trying to make my 460 the default vehicle. I think the app is a little buggy. I had to open and close it out several times just to toggle btw vehicles and change the default dealer.

 

Thanks Dennis for the info. Can you tell me the exact name of the app you installed? I'm on android and there is a list of several different "Lexus" apps.
