breather plugs in our diffs?

Can someone verify that we have a breather plug, and if I have AWD, are there more in the front diff and the transfer case? Can you confirm that it's part number 90930-03077? thank you

Front, rear differentials and transfer case have breathers.

According to Lexus catalog:
Front differential breather part #: 90930-03224
Rear differential breather part#: 90930-03077
Transfer case breather part #: 90930-03133

It seems that breather part number varies depending on a car model but being same part.

Flick it a few times and listen if the valve is moving freely, spray cleaner if not.

Usually, you do not need to replace it ever unless it is stuck open/close or the rubber seal is worn out which does happen. Test functionally as it was suggested above.
