I just bought a used LS 460 2009. It only has BT for the phone not for the music of the phone. Also the camera is very Grainy. Is there a way to upgrade these things

you can use the aux input with a Bluetooth receiver for music but I don’t know what that will do with the phone audio. My 2010 has audio streaming with Bluetooth but frankly I never ever use it

 

Do you mean the backup camera? I've never had an issue with "grainy" unless its really really dark outside when you are backing up.

 

it is a lousy low res CMOS sensor. I’ve been wishing for a plug and play upgrade myself.

 

Given the integration of all these systems, you're probably better off not messing with the head unit. A hands-free bluetooth receiver will work (and will manage the phone/music switchover). The camera, I'm afraid, you are stuck with.
