I have installed the JVR coilover set on my 2011AWD. The build quality is very similar to the BC coilover.
Install was straight forward with no fitment issues. The ride is very good, similar to the stock setup with a little less body roll. Dampers can be adjusted from full soft to stiff as you like. I lowered the car one inch on each corner. The damper setting is 32 ways adjustable. I have the fronts set on #5 from full soft and rear is set on #4 from full soft.
No squeaking or other unwanted noises, just a smooth ride.
The car still has the Lexus Luxury ride while sitting a bit lower than stock. I am enjoying this setup, highly recommended.
I purchased from Coiloverdepot.com for $999.00 shipped. Comes this everything needed for a complete swap.
This is the car prior to the coilover install, I will up date once I take some shot with the current ride height.

Reason: added info.
Im piecing together my own kit , KYB struts, tannabe springs, kyb mount kit and some other odds and ends that another member told me about
I was also tempted by the unity or strutmasters due to the price, but its just not worth it. BC coilovers are an option as well
How did your "build" turn out?
how much did you end up spending? about 18 months ago I replaced my air with a used set off of eBay an LS with only 80K miles just to practice and see if it could be done. The springs are shot now in the back with them almost being no room between the wheel well and the wheel where there used to be a good 2 inches.
I am looking to do all 4 at the same time with new equipment.
I told you guys I even posted a diagram so how can you miss anything. The compression rates reason from previous poster is interesting. Other than adjustable struts, which I’m addressing at a later time, can I fit 2 sets of springs on these struts like you see in some set ups and what spring would I use and what do I put between the springs ? Would this be a benefit in anyway ?
Hi there, I'm new to this club and I'm looking for a way to assemble some coil spring struts for my 2010 LS460 Base AWD. Would you please be able to tell me where I can find the diagram for what parts I need? Thanks!!
Last year (2024) I emailed Strutmaster, asking why I can't select KYB only, and they told me:
In our experience, Unity and KYB both have good performance and longevity. That is why they are both used in the build for the same kit. I understand customers having preferences and if I could guarantee which one you would receive, I would but unfortunately I am unable to do so.
It doesn't make any sense if you pay the price of KYBs then you get cheper Unity crap, or FCS. Why I don't buy them directly? This is why I'm here and trying to figure out how to avoid Strutmaster
