Allusuc Sorry to bump start an old thread but do these bulbs run at higher brightness for high beam compared with the original bulbs or are they the same brightness as drls?

They appear to be somewhat brighter, but the color is much whiter as compared to the old halogen bulbs.

In my normal driving on unlit roads, I rarely use my original high beams as the regular hid beams are more than adequate. The only reason I changed to leds, was to provide for a whiter light on the drl mode,as the halogens are quite yellowish.
