A quick check on car parts show control arms from +13 awd models with under 60k miles for ~$75. My understanding is the 13+ bushings are revised and hold up better ( could be most 13+ are under 100k though) . Normally I would never consider putting on a used part but I also can't stomach $2k in parts for essentially a few bushings. Am I mad for considering this option??
If bushings have no cracks or visible defects and ball joints are in a good shaped, I guess, it is OK to re-use it. Just make sure there is 1 year warranty and the seller is reputable.

I replaced mine with new factory arms. I have the used arms and they're in ok condition, and I also have the FIGS bushings (brand new) and they can be pressed into the uppers. If you give me a couple of days, I can send you pictures if you're interested in them. These are off a 2010 AWD with air suspension.
After searching again I realized 6 of the 8 arms are available new through beck arnley/rock Auto at reasonable prices. I'm going to roll the dice and buy the last ones used . I'll order them and report back. Thanks for the help

Sounds like a good plan. Please let us know how they wear. I'm going to find a shop that can press my uppers with the figs bushings so I have those ready to go in another 100k miles.
