Default inboard upper control arm bushing compatibility RWD vs AWD?

My inboard upper control arm bushings are shredding on my 2009 AWD LS460. There are no aftermarket control arm bushings for the AWD that I know of, but here's my thought/question. The bushings are fine except for the inboard ones that mounts to the frame of the car. Is this one bushing the same as the RWD? Seems to me that the mounting point on the frame would be identical in AWD vs RWD. If that's the case, then I could buy an aftermarket replacement of that one bushing for RWD and put it in my AWD control arm. Thoughts?
