Default 2017 Vibration Issue Continued

The previous thread was closed so I'll post my progress with Lexus here. After returning my certified 2017 LS with 31k miles four times to the dealer they told me that the front end vibration was normal for an awd car. I opened a case with Lexus and am waiting to hear from them. The service manager at the dealership called me this morning and suggested I take the car to another dealer. He said he's been looking for another car and couldn't find one (the closest one I could find on the web is 100 miles away). Hopefully, my case will result in better news.

I love that line of thinking by a dealer. So if it is normal, if it wasn’t doing it would it be abnormal?

Good luck

Thanks. I'm afraid there's more to this than meets the eye. I'm not prepared to point fingers just yet, but something is definitely not kosher.
